When we came to school this morning, there were green footsteps on the floor leading to a bowl of gold under the rainbow! We're not sure, but maybe the leprechaun we had on the door came to life and shared some of his gold with us....?????

I don't think that leprechauns are real. They are silly.

Kia Ora

It is me back again. Lorraine, all the way from New Zealand. We go to school in Rotorua which is a small city in the North Island of NZ. It is known for its beautiful gardens and boiling mud pools. Lots of tourists come here.

I have another class here that you may like to visit. Mrs Kavanagh's class is very interested in learning about Canada.

We are just starting to blog.

What would you like to tell them about Canada?

You can visit their class page at

I hope you get to visit soon.

Hi There. It is great to be passing by and I thought I would call in and say a great big "Kia Ora" from New Zealand. Kia Ora means hello and is a NZ Maori word.

I have been working with teachers in Rotorua helping htem use computers and technology with their classes. You may like to visit some of the classes through their blogs. These students are about your age too.

With Best Wishes or as we say in NZ

Ka Kite Ano (see you again)
