I broke the 38,028 into a 36,000, 2,000,and a 28. We need to solve 36,000/4= first. this is how I solved it: 36/4=9 360/4=90 3,600/4=900 36,000/4=9,000 Next we need to solve 2,000/4=. this is how I solved it. 20/4=5 200/4=50 2,000/4=500 Last we need to solve 28/4=?
