 The Terry Fox Run  Terry Fox is a Canadian hero. After losing one of his legs to cancer, he determined to run from one coast to another to raise money for cancer research. Sadly, his cancer came back and he died before he was able to complete his journey. Every September, Canadians run to raise money for cancer research in honour of what Terry Fox began.It was a hot fall afternoon, but the grade ones doggedly walked over to Guthridge Field and ran on the track with the rest of the students from the our school.
