 Chapter 2 When we got there it was easy to get the car in the parking lot because it was small and we were the first ones there and that was really cool for me. After we got there we got the camp set up because there was nothing else to do. Once we were done setting the camp up my uncle got there and we were happy because it started to rain and the tent was not done. We were glad because he brought his truck and a tarp because he knows it was going to rain. So, after he was done setting up the tarp we sat on the sand and waited for the other people. When the other people got there my uncle took off his shirt and jumped in to the lake. When he got back up, he said that it was really cold but he jumped in again and this time some of our friends jumped in too. When my dad got in to he said to me to come it too because he said I would like to jump in to the lake off of a 20 foot cliff, and I did. The first time I did I was so freaked out because I have never done it before, but I liked it so much that I did it again. Well, the 2nd time I did it I almost drowned. When I almost drowned my dad came down and got me back up. When I was done jumping off of the cliff, I went back to the camp and ate cookies. I almost ate the whole bag of cookies, and when I was done I had a stomachache. Well, after I ate the cookies my uncle and my dad and some of our friends made ribs. My dad is a pro at cooking because he is a chef and he makes good ribs. The ribs were so good I ate 5 of them because they were good.
