The Mystery of the Exploding Egg We've been anxiously waiting for our chicken eggs to hatch. They should be hatching next Monday, the 18th. Today when we opened the incubator to turn them, we found that one of the eggs had exploded, leaving yellow yolk on the sides and bottom of the incubator. What makes an egg explode? We don't know, do you? If you do, let us know by emailing cassidy.kathy@prairiesouth.ca. We'd love to have you comment, but comments have not been getting through to my blog. (Fortunately, this does not seem to be the case with the students' blogs.)
