The events of this chapter takes place at the wardern's house. Two of the rules of Alcatraz are you can't approach or talk to the prisoners also you can't enter an area that is fenced. The favor that Moose is asked to do for the Warden Williams is to help out Piper carry her projects.

The events take place in Piper's house. I know this because the book states that Moose describes the library.

Two rules of Alcatraz are:
1. You cannot have pets of any sort.
2. You not to have any dangerous particles in your trash like glass, metal, or broken hangers.

The "favor" is to help Piper in school like carry her projects and help her. He asks this because he thinks Piper is so well, she needs help in carrying on her projects.

It takes place in the wardens house. one rule is do not enter areas that are fenced off. Another one is no visitors unless you made a request. The favor was to help piper carry her projects.

Were the chapter takes place is in the wardens house when piper joins in in the talk that they have and the warden talks about the rules that they have in the island jail. Two rule in alcatraz is you can not comutcatie with any cons. d not enter areas that are fenced in. Lastly the favor that Mosse is asked it to help piper carry her projects from school and back.
