i think cathrine was putting so much time and effort on the cards because she wanted mrs morehouse to be proud and jason to have more kid friendly words she also likes to draw so she made the cards

i think Cathrine is interested in putting so much effort and time into Jason\\\"s word card because she wanted to be nice and caring. Also she wanted Jason\\\'s mother to like her and she wanted to do something in return for drawing Jason with out her permision

Catherine is interested in putting so much time into Jason\\\'s word cards because she realizes that Jason does not have any cards to express his true feelings and some of the words she think will express his feelings are: Awesome, Gross, Drawing, Guinea pig, and Stinks a big one. The reason why is because most of the words he has now in his communication books are Good, Pizza, Bad, Sad, and Happy...
