Bitter Sweet!
Today was a bitter sweet day. It is so hard to believe it has already been an entire year together. We finished the year on a high note with a "balloon party". We played musical balloons, had a balloon breaking competition and what balloon party would be complete without some water balloons. It was quite a site to see us all outside today with these balloons having what was possibly the world's largest water fight. Not a sole, (me included!!) were dry when we had to go inside for transition time. We were lucky to have some yummy treats to finish off our day. When there were just a few minutes left, we all gathered for one last time on the carpet and I told the Kiddoes, "You made me cry at the beginning of the year, and now on the last day you will make me cry again". I am so proud of each and every one of the amazing children that were in my room this year. I feel so very privileged to have become not only a part of their lives, but a part of your families’ lives. I sincerely hope you all have a wonderful summer and please do keep in touch. Thank you for all of the wonderful cards and gifts today. It was much appreciated and not expected. Take care, and see you next year!!
