We have three 6th grade Science classes and two 8th grade Science classes blogging here from the Pacific Northwest in Chimacum, WA! Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. Conditions of Use


Cockroach Conclusion Jacob, Tyler, Chris, Johnny and I made an experiment about how fast can they run. They normally ran about .21 mph. If a predator comes they can run about .39 mph. That was fast. They can run really fast if danger comes. We made kinney's hand chase the cockroach because it senses that it was danger so it ran.
