The Wretched Stone tells you about that they found a rock but it did something to the crew members.  It changed them into aps.  The main character Mr Howard and he is the captain of the ship.  He locked the crew men in a cage and then he opened it and they were aps.  He was so surprised to see them.  Then they found an mysterious island and they went and searched it.  On the island they found a rock.  The rock looked interesting so they brought it back on the ship and the rock did all the damage to them so they decided tp throw the rock into the ocean.  The setting is on a boat and on and island.  They are in ship for most of the time.
