We had been incubating pheasant eggs for over 21 days. They started to hatch over the May long weekend. We had 12 chicks hatch out of 18. That's a good hatch! The baby pheasants stayed with us all day Tuesday and Wednesday. The children loved them. The baby pheasants are now living out on a farm where they will stay until they are old enough to be released into the wild.
