Blog 7 "Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans" John Lennon

I chose this lyric because it's so true and is one of my favourite Lennon Quotes. Everyone seems to get caught up in what they should be doing, or planning, saving etc.. Not much else to say as it speaks for itself.

Wow I love this quote! I couldn't agree more with you and Lennon. People get too caught up in the stupid things in life and son't seem to enjoy the little things anymore. the best things in life happen when you don't know it or expect it!

This is something that I have been becoming more and more aware of as my life goes on. It is so easy to get caught up in yesterday and tomorrow that we tend to forget about the now. Personally for me, stopping to "smell the roses" , spending a moment with a butterfly, really listening to a great song and all those kinds of things feed my spirit, a part of my body that I feel is as important as my physical and mental being. Great lyric by a great soul!

You and Lennon are both right that we all have just been getting caught up in planning things for either right now or even the future and where we should actually be looking at what we are doing to our surrounding and to ourselves.

I agree with that statement...too much of life is spent ignoring the little things that make life worth living!
