Seedfolks So far I think that Seedfolks is an okay book. It definitely is not something I would read because it is not something that interests me. I usually don't like books that bounce around from one character to another constantly. It's difficult to follow. I think that all the characters are unique. I say this because it sounds like they have all been through hardships in life and just want to make things right, and don't like how things are now. For example, at the beginning of the story the older woman immediately thought that the little girl was up to trouble, but that is just because they live in a gang neighborhood that has a history of drug activity. So far I have enjoyed the activities that we have done in our class. My favorite activity was the one we did in Mr. Howard's class room, which was making flowers out of aluminum cans. I enjoyed making the flowers and allowing myself to be creative. Over all I have enjoyed the activities and the book and I can't wait to read more of the book!

Gian-Luc Jordan, we all miss you so much. Always in the hall, I always heard “hey look, its Gian-Luc.” Everyone in the hall turns and looks & what do you see? Gian-Luc with a big smile on his face. His smile always shined like the sun. I always saw him with his friends laughing, smiling, laughing, anything you could think of. His family dearly loved him. He had a big sister and little siblings. I thought Luca was pretty cool and super nice. He was one of my friends, even though I didn’t get to talk to him much. He had SO much energy around his friends. I always think of him and pray for his family. You were loved so much. I miss you so much Luca.
