 Caramel apple dessert pizza 1 roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1 8 ounce of softend cream cheese 1/2 cup of peanut butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbl. milk 2 or 3 apples lemon juice caramel sauce How to make it wash your hands and press cookie dough in a greased 12 in. pizza pan and bake at 350 degree oven for 15-20 min. and let cool. in a bowl mix peanut butter brown sugar cream cheese and milk until smooth and use rubber spatula to spread on cookie crust. cut apples in thin sliceses and toss in loemon juice to keep from turning brown and put on top of mixture. and finish by drizzleing caramel sauce.
