Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. Mass and weight You can use both pull and push like this. You pull the rubber band then let go the it push the carton.the different between weight and mass is that weight is from gravity pulling you down but mass is the molecules in your body.

You said "you push and pull like this." but like what? And what is the carton? If you let go of the rubber band won't you just hit yourself with it? I don't get how the carton moves? Otherwise you have your information correct. It acuallty sounds like you're talking. o.O
