We have three 6th grade Science classes and two 8th grade Science classes blogging here from the Pacific Northwest in Chimacum, WA! Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. ELASTIC FORCEEEE so to tell you how to pull a cart across the floor with a rubber band. yeah. so anyway what you do is you stretch a rubber band WAAAAAAY far and you tie it to a wall and a cart. then you let it go and PRESTO the cart flies through the wall! YAY! and that has something to do with elastic force! because the rubber band is like elastic!
