On Friday we dissected a raw chicken wing. I didnt think it was that bad because it wasn't a bunch of blood or organs or anything like that,but still its a raw chicken wing. When I was first cutting through the skin it was pretty easy. Then whne I got to the elbow part it was really tough becaue there are more padding and ligaments to cut through. Once we we got done cutting, we pulled on the mucles and each one did something.
