Yuck! Dissecting Chicken Wings! The dissecting of the chicken wings was really disgusting! It was not fun because I was worrying about salmonella the whole time! I dont think it was worth while at all because there wasn't much to it and we could have done something like a video. Although it was horrible, I did learn many things such as the fact that the chicken fat was yellow and the chicken tissues were white.
