 SLST Conference 2012
Our SLST Conference held in Hamilton earlier this month was just great! Here are some of the books and activities I bought. Also a moveable abacus I made, and poems two students wrote after reading a poem "Remembering Summer" from a Literacy Workshop with Anne Grady. The key note speakers were inspirational. Nigel Latta, Allison Mooney and Latu To'omanga. Meeting up with fellow SLS teachers was special too. Thank you to the Waikato/Bay of Plenty team who made this all possible!
