Top 3 Things
America is in a huge debt hole, right now. The economy is so bad, that shops all over the U.S.A are closing. This could be the new Great Depression. Thast's why, if America had to spend money on only 3 things, they would be food, building supplies, and gas. Of course, we need food, because if we didn't, then we would all starve and fall into chaos. Nice, huh? Food is a neccesity, we take for granted. If it's gone, then our lives would be forever different. Next, I would choose building supplies, because we need to build houses, and other stores to meet our needs. If we don't, that would mean thousands of jobs, gone. That means, a lot of filings of bankrupcy. Finally, we would definetly neeed gas. Gas powers a lot of things, including the number one reason: Cars. Almost everyone has a car, and if there was no gas, no cars. Therefor, no way to get to faraway places, such as schools, and jobs. No education, no paying. You can see why this is bad, right? In conclusion, this is what the U.S needs to do, ration, to not fall in a debt hole again.
