Conditions of Use
Sleep confessions :)
My sleep habitis are: watching tv , Taking a warm shower , Changing my clothles, Drinking milk, Brushing my teeth, Then last one is going to bed
It takes about 1hour and 30 min to do all of these things
What can I do to help me sleep better:
Well I should do is. Go to bed early,dont go on electirontics.

I'm curious to know if you are trying to go to bed earlier and avoid electronic devices.
