 Blog 5 - Major Assignment Thingy To prepare for the major assignment, I'm going to go over the previous stories and review some of the minor assignments to refresh my memory (and maybe steal some ideas of how to write). I will go over the instructions many times to fully understand what to do. I'll jot down ideas when they come up and edit them accordingly. Then I analyze and revise. I'm going to focus on writing from the heart, putting feeling into what I write. Taking the time to do all of this is the hardest and most important test for my brain. I find the hardest thing for me is taking the time. I have to be in the right "mood" to write, but when I am in that mood I go nuts. The other thing I find the same is I also review and reread everything, just to have it fresh in my memory. I can also relate to putting down whatever comes to mind and fixing it afterward. I find that if I don't write down good ideas or thoughts immediately, I will forget them and spend all my work time trying to remember them and waste time from doing the actual assignment.
