How long can you hold your breath?

I watched a video about David Blaine and what he went through to be able to hoold his breath for more than 17 minutes!!! You can watch the video here

 Is he crazy, or determined?

I don't think he is crazy. I think he is determined. He just wanted to challenge himself and see if he can be the best. He kept to his goals and didn't stop until he beat the world record. He had a goal and he succeeded. Anyone who has that much determination is not crazy.
