We have three 6th grade Science classes and two 8th grade Science classes blogging here from the Pacific Northwest in Chimacum, WA! Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. charging a battery and all about that we tested battterys and first we had to charge

them because Mr G drained the battery power from

the batterys.when the battery has power the

energy is called stored chemical energy. then

when you connect it to something that needs

power like a light the power changes form again

and turns into electrial energy than when it

lights the light the energy turns into light

and heat energy.
