 My batterys that charge had to be charge twice Cause the moter dinit work cause the moter needs more erengy then the light bulb but what diffent about a battery charging we had to time it!!~!!

You should tell us what happens when you charge a battery or power a light bulb instead of telling us whether is worked or not
