Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. Charging a battry When the battery is getting charged it gets more energy and when it is connected to the motor or light bulb the energy is going to the light bulb and motor and motor so the energy is draining.

I agree that it does get energy then the two drain a lot of energy from the battery
