Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. Conditions of Use


Charging Battery When the battery is charging, the charger is taking energy from the outlet and giving the battery its stored chemical energy. When the battery is hooked up to the lightbulb the energy goes from stored chemical energy to electrical energy in the wires but then when the energy goes into the lightbulb the energy transforms from electrical energy to light and heat energy.
