batteries when you are charging a battery all the eneregy in the wall chransfers in to the batteery wich creats a very very large charge.

The charger has no affect on how big the charge is. So it does not matter how big the charger is.....it matters how big the charge is.

You are right that it transfers through the wires and transforms but it does not really mean it gets a big charge it depends on how long its on the charger you can fix it if you want.
