Saturdays
On Saturday mornings

It's easy waking up

The fresh morning air

Calls out to you

The sun illuminates the house

 

You sit in the warm, radiant sunlight

As the yummilicious smell of bacon greets your nose

Dad finishes making breakfast

And a stack of syrup-covered pancakes

Is placed in front of you

 

Relaxing, laid-back Saturdays follow 

your beautiful Saturday morning 

Eating some more delicious bacon

Listening to sweet piano music

That fills your ears with lovely sound
