Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. how to make a battery first you need a copper strip ,zinc,blotter paper,copper sulfate solution and then a grain-of-wheat lightbulb.place the zinc-copper assembly in the copper sulfate solution. it is easy to make a battery its fun to make them.
