Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. What i know about batteries You should recycle them DONT throw it away because if it gets in the furnace it will explode because of the batteries has a flamible liqwid.

instead of just telling us why to recycle them,you could have told us what they do and how they hold the energy that powers things like lightbulbs.good job though!
