Conditions of Use

The First Great Lesson The Junior Class did the First Great Lesson in our Montessori Curriculum...The Story of Creation. We presented our program to the Junior Classes at Malfroy and others that wanted to attend. The children worked very hard and were very nervous, but they did it and they did it well. Everyone was involved in the performance and enjoyed all the compliments the other children gave them after it was over.

The First Great Lesson weaves a tale of the origins of the universe and our own planent. Using impressionistic charts and experiments directly related to the basic physical properties of matter a foundation is made for the future study of physics, chemistry, astronomy and geology.
