The World of Basketball
On the court,
Inside the gym,
Behind the free-throw line.
Through the gym doors,
Past the large crowd,
Toward the bench.
At the half-court line,
Under the Roof-Top,
Down you Ready for the game,
Then the crowd sounding,
Up with their commotion.
Into the night,
On the wood floor,
Against one another,
Beyond competitiveness.
