Soccer Below the blue sky
On the hot, plastic turf
Down a long field, to a wide goal
Toward the white and black shiny ball
Off the crossbar
Along the out of bounds line
Through the net, into the goal
Despite the other team
On the other side of the field
During the game
Beyond the tough defense
Past the big goalie

Personally I don't like soccer but after reading your poem you can tell that you really do. It sounds like you play soccer. Brandon J
