Poetic Effects
Some of the "tools" that poets use to create effect in their writing are rhyming or free verse in order to make it clever and upbeat or just to get a point across. Another is personification to bring life to the poem like, the flowers beside them chill and shiver. Dr.Suss used a lot of rhyming and I was clever and sometimes made his own words.
