 Bacteria Everywhere pt2 E. The evidence for my conclusion is that the petri dish is covered with hundreds of colony's of bacteria the mouth also had quite a lot of bacteria I don't think there was as much as the keyboard. I. The first thing I swabbed I forgot to do the zigzag motion and that was the urinal we also forgot to run it through water so we kinda messed up there, I also accidentally opened the lid too long so some of it got contaminated. O. I observed that some parts were contaminated and the places that I had expected to have the most bacteria had actually the least. U. I think that we muffed up a lot and we could do better if we did it again and actually remembered to moisten the q-tip and swab it correctly. Y. Why was there little or no bacteria in a used urinal?
