Greek Scroll

My project is about the Greek scroll. A scroll ia a rolled up piece of paper or parchment that has writing or a drawing on it. Ancient Greeks and Romans created their scrolls to unroll form side to side. Their scrolls had wooden handles that the paper or parchment was rolled around from side to side.
Scrolls were really the first books. The Greeks would have used them for school books. Everything you would put into books today would be inside books back in the ancient Greece times but in a different way like pictures and Greece writing.
