Bactiria In our lab we swabbed different areas around our school looking for bacteria. my teamate and I predicted that There would more bacteria in the toilet. we were correct there were more bactiria in that area. there were more colnies and they were the largest we located in our pitri dish. We had one area and that was we cracked the augor. We observed after preparation of 24 hours and 48hours there was nothing. Only the toilet and water fountain colneis had bactiria in the fountain there was a very small one but nothing else. The sink Had no evidence of bacteria. Bacteria is every where. If we had observed for a longer time we might be able to see our bactiria grow more.
