i think it means When you hang out with a really bad person I think this beacuse who lays down with dogs means like if you hang out with the wrong person and shall rise up with fleas means u shall become them in the future

If you hang with somebody bad you will turn bad.I think this because maybe if you stick with somebody you will turn into them.For example,if you talk to somebody you don't now they will turn you into them.Plus,when you say something to a bad person they will say something bad to you again.This is why i think that word means
