Take your pick "Believe you can and you're halfway there." Theodore Roosevelt means that no matter what if you believe you can your only half way there you have to do to achieve. I need to believe more and I would be further in live. People with a bad attitude this can help them by giving them more self-confidence.It can impact the world by getting everybody in a better mood then we would have a better world to live in.
