Conditions of Use


Poetic Effects I have never heard this quote before, but it is a very good one. I think that some of the “tools” that poets use to create effect in their writing are rhyme, rhythme, they express their feelings, put a lot of thought in their writing, they can be slow or upbeat, and many more things. These are some of the "tools" poets might use and there are many more out there.
