Why Does Jell-o Jiggle

Petter Cooper was the first to make a steam locomotive, but that is not what we are talking about today. He also made something called gelatin.Do you know what gelatin is. If you do cool dont spoil it. Gelatin is a processed protein called Collagen. The protein can be found in many animals and humans. It make things in your body flexible and strechy. Such as skin, ligaments and tendons. Cool right now you know. Some of it is also in your bones and fingernails. Here now you say something. Are you hungry? If you have ever had Jell-O you know it has a weird figure. We dont eat the gelatein from your bones but just collagen extracted. Gelatin is in more than you think. Like jellies, soups, marshmellows and gummy bears.
