South America

In South America there are 13 countries. The Pacific Ocean is west of South America and the Atlantic Ocean is east of South America. The weather is warm in South America. In South America there are more than 360 million people! There are animals that live in South America and do not live in other places like, anaconda, blue and yellow macaw, collared peccary, giant anteater, jaguar, magnificent frigate bird, manned wolf, and piranha. South America has more than 6,880,500 square miles (17,819,000 square km) of land. A lot of the world’s chewing gum and chocolate come from trees in South America.
