A good quality in a good friend, is you have to like the person no matter how crazy he/she is. If she is always hyper let her be hyper. Dont try to change a person into someone like you. Like them for them, or your not a true friend. If a friend ever needs your help or advise, be there and listen. You apperantly are important because they came to you and trusted you. Dont loose that trust.
