I remember from Missing is that Zach was online with a guy from California named Fantasma, and Fantasma came to get Zach from where he lived and brought him to California and held him in his house, and abused him in front of Zach's dad when Zach and him were video chatting. Also Fantasma is a photographer  so he took lots of pictures of Zach. Later on in the game Zach returns to home with his dad. What I have learned about this game is that you shoudn't chat with people you don't know and ignore there request for being your friend.
