Conditions of Use

Sliding Game I did the smallest puzzle first. It said there was no possible way to do it in less moves. Then I did the next puzzle It said there was a possible way to do it in less moves. I also figured out the way to beat the game.

Did you know that there is a pattern to how many squares and the least amount of times you can move? Can you figure it out?
