Hi Austin. Mr. Halloway killed the dust witch with his smile. During the bullet trick Mr. Halloway drew his smile on the bullet instead of his initials like Mr. Dark instructed him to.

The witch died of the bullet trick. The witch died with happiness because Mr. Halloway smiled as the witch died.

The dust witch died during the bullet trick. He put his smile on the bullet and when the bullet was in her mouth Mr. Halloway smiled then she froze up. Then once the gun was fired the witch swallowed the bullet and died instantly.

He draws a smile on the bullet and fires the gun and she literally chokes on the smile and dies. "Did she ... choke on my smile! Oh Christ!" Pg251

Hey Austin! I would like to answer your question. Mr.Halloway, kills the witch with his smile. That is how Mr.Halloway kills that mean old witch.

In the book Mr. Halloway kills the Witch with his smile. While doing the trick he drew a smile on the bullet and when they did the trick she sucked in the bullet and choked on his smile. The book says, "When I fired the shot, did she such the other bullet down her throat? Did she...choke on my smile! Oh, Christ!". That is how Mr. Halloway killed the Witch.
