We are a group of 7th graders from Colorado who want to practice our writing and communication skills. We are excited to expand the walls of our classroom and collaborate with other classes! Please leave us comments and your blog URL, so we can respond back to you!

Greece I personally love Greece because my family is from Greece. I have learned that in ancient Greece religion ruled the world; the Jewish religion was the most popular religion. They also didn't have a democracy like America. Each individual city-state had their own dictator.
In humanities we had to memorize the Greek alphabet! That is one of the funnest thing that we have ever done in her class. We also had to make a team cheer for our city-state. My city-state's name was Argos. Our cheer is "Like a good neighbor Argos is there!"
The Greece unit would have to be my favorite unit because you actually get to experience the culture instead of having to read it out of a text book.
