I think the Carnival is magic because the carousel turns people old and young.

It is magic because in the book it talks about a carousel that makes people young and old. That could never happen in the real world.

I think the carnival is magic Mike because in the story if you ride the carousel you could age or become younger depending on which way you ride the carousel. Also if you go in the mirrors you see weird things because Miss Foley saw herself younger and Jim saw himself older.

I believe that the carnival is magic. I believe this because of the merry go round. I say the merry go round becaus if you ride it baackwards you get younger and if you ride it forward you get older......now you tell me is that not magic or what???

Mike, I don't think the carnival itself is magic but the people controlling the carnival are magic. For example, Mr. Dark, changes people to "freaks" now that takes magic.(:

Well, I'd say the carnival is really magic. In the book, When the boys chased mr. couger onto the carousel. When on a carousel you don't actually change ages, but when mr. couger road he grew so much older. That has to be an act of magic.
