That is the line from the book when the lightning rod salesman went into the shop where the most beautiful woman in the world was, which was also when the carnival captured him.

Shania MThe lighting rod salesman was made into a dwarf, and a creppy one at that. In the text it states "Dwarf's face was less human, more machine now; in fact, a camera."

Alicia HThe lightning rod salesman was turned into a dwarf. "I saw him, you saw him kinda looks like the lightning rod salesman, sure but again can you prove he was ever big." You can infer that Jim and Will knew that the dwarf was the Lightining Rod salesman.
